We are a multi-site facility management company specializing in maintenance services for commercial buildings across California and neighboring states. With a strong network of experienced technicians and service provider partners, we deliver consistent, high-quality services that help businesses operate smoothly and efficiently.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based contract. This is a remote, part-time opportunity suited for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential commercial clients who need facility management and maintenance services.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Present customized proposals and close deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and deals closed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition ((facility services).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Comfortable with commission-only pay structure.

• Familiarity with facility management services is a plus.
